ANDREW’S FIVE FAVORITES is Andrew Lessman’s personal blend of five important ingredients to add to your daily multivitamin. It begins with the unparalleled protection of the world’s finest natural Coenzyme Q-10. CoQ10 is essential for all cellular energy production, while also providing powerful anti-aging and antioxidant protection. CoQ10 is required for the healthy function of our most important organs (heart, brain, liver, etc.). Next is Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA), which is referred to as the “universal antioxidant” because of its unique ability to protect both aqueous (water) or lipid (oil-based) tissues, thus enabling ALA to deliver its benefits throughout the body, including our brain and nervous system, along with the heart, liver, kidneys and immune system.

We also include two of nature’s most protective molecules from the world’s most well-researched beverages: EGCG from Green Tea and Resveratrol from Red Wine. EGCG is credited with the myriad health benefits of Green Tea and the Asian diet, while Resveratrol has been assigned that same role in the health benefits of Red Wine and the Mediterranean diet. Green Tea and Red Wine have been revered for centuries, and decades of research has confirmed their anti-aging benefits. GameChanger
I take 3 of these at 3 pm every day and they give me a major "boost"(feel terrific). If I skip a day I can tell the difference. I'll never be without this product. This along with Women's Founder's and Ultimate Women's Wellness & Cranberry Benefits are my favorites. They have truly changed my life. Thank you, Andrew!

Back For More
After trying [Andrew’s] Five Favorites I am back for more because I really did feel as though I had done something great for my body and my body was responding in a positive way. ... I am enjoying it and don't want to be without it.

My Favorite
After I ran out of CoQ10 with EGCG and Resveratrol, I also decided to try Andrew's Five favorites. I was happy to add the Alpha Lipoic and looking forward to the added benefit of the TruQ10. I use many of Andrew's other products including Vitamin D, Calcium and HHS&N. However, this is the first product where I can see and feel a difference. I take 3 per day but am tempted to take more! I think the addition of TruQ10 must be part of the reason. I will never be without this product.

I love Andrews Five Favorites
I love Andrews Five Favorites and will not ever be without it. I finally bought the Five Favorites after taking CoQ10 for a several years plus Resveratrol. I was going to add more of Andrews Favorites but figured out that the best way to do this was to buy Andrews Five Favorites in one jar. I now take three a day along with Andrews Maximum Complete for Women. I love the energy I have and the feeling of well-being because I know I am doing the very best I can for my health. I feel protected. Love all your products Andrew but especially this one.
