OXY-ENERGIZER (Potassium-Magnesium-Aspartate) is one of the first products developed by Andrew Lessman in 1979 following extensive research performed in France, Germany and Japan. The original formula is the subject of a US patent and offered a stable blend of potassium aspartate and magnesium aspartate. Potassium and magnesium are vital electrolyte minerals required in all our cells and essential for healthy heart, brain and muscle function. Oxy-Energizer was originally used to support healthy heart function in challenged environments and was subsequently adopted by elite athletes to support their increased energy and performance requirements. It is now most frequently used to optimize cellular energy production and utilization. Oxy-Energizer assists our trillions of cells in more efficiently maintaining a beneficial intracellular balance of potassium and magnesium, thereby conserving energy for use in other essential cellular functions. Night Leg Cramps
I rated a 5-star first off because Andrew has yet to fail me with his quality supplements, .... and I am a loyal fan of nearly 15 years! My husband and I are in our late 50's and of course with aging comes the typical aches/pains......and sleep-disrupting leg cramps!!! I've done plenty of research to understand that Potassium and Magnesium are important for so many reasons, ......and surprisingly enough, including helping with leg cramping! So, only trusting Andrew's products, we are giving this Oxy-Energizer a fair trial. I also take Ultimate Calcium-Magnesium (2 capsules nightly), so combining with the Oxy-Energizer will take some careful planning as I can sometimes get diarrhea with too much Magnesium. But---to help with or even eliminate nighttime legs cramps is worth trying. Maybe we will take the Oxy-Energizer during the day or a few hours prior to bed. Fingers crossed!!!

Helps Improve Sleep
Since taking the Oxy-Energizer, my sleep has improved tremendously!!! I read an article that said magnesium helps improve sleep so I thought I would give the Oxy-Energizer capsules a try. I have been taking these for about a month and can tell a major difference in my sleeping pattern. I also experimented with going a night or 2 without a dose and noticed my sleep was interrupted and less relaxed. I take 1 or 2 capsules about 15 - 30 minutes before bed and I have a restful sleep. Great alternative to other sleep enhancers.

The best of the best
I have tried many similar products so far. None of them are so efficient like Andrew's the Original Oxy-Energizer. I strongly recommended.
