Better than most benzodiazepines
I like that it helps with my anxiety disorder and it been giving me better sleep then melatonin. This gives me deep dreams . I love this product. It’s so good it should need a prescription. The 15 is so good I just bought the 20 let’s see if 20 is better than 15 dose to be continued. Great at helping me to ease my stress . It also gets my Tool ready for action . The benefits go on and on and on hopefully they never raise the price of this supplement for this price it’s amazing. My favorite supplement by far . Don’t operate motor vehicle or take this supplement before going to the gym

Very Relaxing before Bedtime
My husband and I have used for over 6 months with very natural results. We take 1 capsule about 1-2 hours before we go to bed. Very relaxing without any side effects. My sleep number bed has given me higher scores since using Saffron 20. I’m all for natural sleep aids including Andrew’s camomile hot tea. Oh and the capsules are small.

I like this product
It seems to have a positive effect on my mood. I am repurchasing this. Also, I am curious as to why the amino acid complex is added, as it is not mentioned in the description.

Great Product
I had my doubts , but tried this off and on. It helps my sleep more than I hoped for,very vivid dreams. My mood main reason for trying as I have health issues it helps alot. I notice when I miss a dose the difference in how I feel. No made chemicals for this, but a natural supplement. Thank you Andrew Lessman for sharing your knowledge again.
