Meal replacement
I really like the taste & it is filling & very low calorie. I can put it in my coffee for extra flavor also. If it was maple flavored I would put it in my oatmeal for extra filling & for flavor. Hint, hint.

Secure is an old friend
I’ve been using Secure Meal Replacement for thirty years. Originally I bought Secure with soy to help me fly through menopause with no hot sweats, no mood swings, just smooth sailing. Then I learned about collagen. I was losing my hair and my nails were a mess so I switched to Secure MCP. Within about a month or so I noticed much less hair in my hair brush and my nails where getting stronger – no more splitting. I should have known that I would have the same success with Secure MCP that I had with Secure with soy. I love the Coffee Secure. Thanks

Great flavor!
I love the taste of both the chocolate and the vanilla, but I bought a large container of vanilla and a very small container just to try of the chocolate on Amazon...After drinking this for quite a few months, I found a recipe for making a mug cake using two scoops of protein powder, 2 T of natural peanut butter and an egg...Instructions were to microwave the beaten together ingredients for two minutes...I don't like using my microwave so I put the mixture in a small ramekin and baked it for 20 minutes at 350...Voila...a one serving, high protein snack cake...I used the vanilla powder for this cake...Want to try it with the chocolate next time...Versatile supplement... I love it!
