Your Personal Information may also be disclosed to third parties with whom you interact and third parties that you direct us to disclose your information to through our Services. We may also disclose Personal Information with third parties in various additional ways, as described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.

In addition to your rights to access, correct, and delete your Personal Information, you also may have:

• The right to request other information about our data processing practices, including the categories of Personal Information that have been collected about you; the categories of sources from which Personal Information are collected; our business or commercial purpose for collecting, using, disclosing, selling or sharing Personal Information; the categories of third parties with whom we disclose, sell or share Personal Information; and the categories of Personal Information we have disclosed, sold or shared about you for a business purpose.

• Submit a request via email to AskAndrew@ProCapsLabs.com with the subject “Data Subject Request.”

With your request, you may be asked to provide, or, if via email, please include in your email, your name, a way for ProCaps to contact you (such as an email address or telephone number) so that we can respond to your request, information about the nature of your relationship with us (for example, are you a visitor to our website or a shareowner), and details about the action that you would like us to take.
