Essential 1™ NUONCE MAX is an Essential 1 multivitamin with Vitamin D3 that fits in a single easy-to-swallow capsule. Each capsule contains 13 vitamins, 8 minerals, 3 carotenoids, CoQ10 and Vitamin K2 MK-7, so one capsule a day covers the full foundation. Body-Ready B Vitamins

The B-complex uses active forms: vitamin B12 as Methylcobalamin - protected Coenzyme B12 (100 mcg), folate as L-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate (400 mcg DFE) and vitamin B6 as Pyridoxal 5'-Phosphate (10 mg). The body uses these forms directly, so it doesn't have to convert them first. The B-complex also includes Biotin (1,200 mcg), which plays a role in energy metabolism and supporting hair and skin health. 

Carotenoids and Vitamin K2 MK-7 

Lutein (1,000 mcg), Lycopene (1,000 mcg) and Zeaxanthin Complex (200 mcg) supply protective antioxidant carotenoids the body can't make on its own, supporting sharp central vision and blue light filtering in the macula. Vitamin K2 MK-7 (40 mcg) helps direct calcium into bone, and it works alongside vitamin D3 to support skeletal health. 

With 100 mg of CoQ10

Essential 1™ NUONCE MAX + CoQ10 100mg includes 100 mg of CoQ10 as natural Ubiquinone in each capsule, which is ten times the 10 mg in the standard NUONCE MAX CoQ10 is a key part of how mitochondria turn food into cellular energy, and it also works as a fat-soluble antioxidant in cell membranes. The body makes its own CoQ10, but production tends to drop as we get older, and food supplies only small amounts.  

Gentle on the Stomach

Vitamin C comes as calcium ascorbate (200 mg), made into a non-acidic form of vitamin C by binding it with a mineral. It's packed in an easy-to-swallow natural plant cellulose vegetarian capsule.  

2,000 IU of Vitamin D3

Each capsule provides 50 mcg (2,000 IU) of Vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol (250% DV). D3 is the form of vitamin D the body makes from sunlight. It helps the body absorb calcium, and it plays a role in healthy bones, muscle function and immune function.
