ASTAXANTHIN 12 provides a pure, concentrated source of astaxanthin – one of Mother Nature’s most powerful and protective antioxidant carotenoids. Astaxanthin is derived from aquatic algae and is responsible for the rich reddish-pink color observed in many marine species, including salmon, crab, lobster, shrimp, krill and even the flamingo, whose diet is abundant in astaxanthin-producing algae. Astaxanthin can be found in fish and shellfish that consume astaxanthin-rich organisms; however, its most pure and abundant source is the microalgae Haematococcus pluvialis, which is the natural source used to make this product. Astaxanthin has been consumed for centuries, but has only recently gained recognition for its extensive health benefits. Recent research shows astaxanthin to possess antioxidant power many times greater than beta-carotene, lutein, lycopene and zeaxanthin. Astaxanthin helps protect cell structures from oxidative damage and it can cross the blood-brain barrier to deliver its benefits to the delicate tissues of the brain and nervous system. It is most well known for the protective benefits it provides to the delicate structures of the eye, enhancing visual accommodation, acuity and eye function. It does so much more than I expect

I liked the size, how easy it was to take, how it makes me feel, I like how much more I feel the effects of the other vitamins I take, you just have so much more ease of movement. Your eyes see more clearly. You don't need as long to focus. Your skin feels better. You should take it. Thank You Procaps Laboratories:). Andrew Lessman is a gift of GOD to man.

No more floaters

AMAZING! This supplement is powerful! I was having an increased amount of floaters in my right eye and decided to try this supplement after some research. After only 1 dose, my floaters were GONE! Helped lower eye pressure

I live in Southern California with many sunny days that my eyes are exposed to and have been seeing an Ophthalmologist for 10 years annually and was told about 2 years ago my eye pressure was high and bordering to the point of having Glaucoma. My eye physician wanted to see me in 3 months. I have been taking Andrew’s vitamins for 21 years. I saw on the website the Astaxanthin and read about it and ordered it. I started taking the 4mg dose 7 days a week and had an eye exam 3 months later and the pressure improved into the normal range. I then started taking the 12mg dose twice a week and the pressure was again normal. He kept me on 6 months to make sure it kept the same. He now has me back on a once a year exam. If you have issues with high eye pressure or Glaucoma you should try it. Bryan from Upland, CA

Best find for all around health

I watched Andrews video on NAC and brain health and got the combination of both Astaxnthin and also the book on the brain. But I absolutely love the Astaxanthin 1200 not only does it help my skin and my immune system but it helps with regularity and keeping fit.. its a great discovery for me. I love all Andrews vitamins but thank your helping find this one.
