Be Careful with Prostate problems
I used this product for about 5 or 6 years and it definitely works! I lost 65 pounds had lots of energy and a controlled appetite. At that time I added extra Ashwaghanda to my list of supplements and noticed quickly that it was causing prostate/bladder inflmation. So I stopped the Ashwaghanda and it would clear up. I continued taking this product and was having 4 to 6 prostate infections per year. Went to several Urologists and all said I needed surgery for BPH. I had the Uro-Lift 4 years ago and 0 relief, I kept having the infections. I never bothered to read the ingredients, at least with interest. After reading the label and found that it contained Ashwaghanda I stopped taking this supplement and that was 1 year ago and have not had an infection. I'm not saying it will affect anybody else in such a manner but please be careful. After I thought back my infections started around the time I began taking this. What's sad is, Ashwaghanda is supposed to help with BPH and prostate issues. But sadder yet is, I can no longer take this great supplement because of it! By the way since I stopped 1 year ago I have gained 18 pounds and climbing!

No Longer on Thryoid Medicine
I have been taking thyroid medications for over 20 years. In 2020 during COVID-19, I stopped taking this medication and started tasking the Energy and Fat Metabolism Factors. At the doctor's office to take test for thyroid and doctors stated he did not see any issues with my thyroid. He stated he suspected since I had not been taking the medication my thyroid number will be all over place. TO my surprise he called and stated that he did not see a problem at all with my thyroid there I did not need the medication. He stated are you sure you haven't had the medication for your thyroid and I stated no, I have been taking the Andrews' L Energy and Fat Metabolism Factors. The doctor was simply amazed. These vitamins work. Thank you Andrew for developing a much needed alternative!!!!! I am going to order the 180 bottle.

Perfect product!
I know this isn’t the “latest and greatest” product in this brand BUT it really really works! The energy you get is calm and sustained. Does not cause caffeine jitters or any of the horrible side affects from other brands. A few years back I hit a plateau w/my health goals and decided to try this since I use other products from Andrew. This was the answer! I haven’t stopped taking and will continue indefinitely! If you hit a plateau or just in need of a source of calm sustained energy try this. It’s expensive but worth it!
