Lowered My Cholesterol..
Since I wrote my last review on this supplement and I have been taking this for awhile I found out the ingredients are very beneficial to our liver. Since the liver creates and removes cholesterol. My liver function test was fantastic and my cholesterol dropped 31 points- 20 from fibermucil 11 from this into the very happy range. The combination of this and fibermucil gave me great results. Everyone, I take 3 fibermucil caps with every meal with 8oz water 9 caps a day and 3 green foods caps one with each meal also. Andrew thank you for caring for us.

We Really Need This Product
There is no way we can get nutrients from food anymore. The air and soil is polluted. Even organic which is expensive cannot win if air and soil is polluted. With this product I'm assured of getting the nutrients my body and organs need. I take 2 capsule a day, one with lunch, one with dinner. Thank you Andrew for giving us the best green food nutrients we need.

Daily Bowel Regulation
Wow. I started taking this capsule in September 2020 as a booster to my bowel regimen. I take Morphine for severe chronic pain & at 66, my bowel function is less than optimal. I take this once daily at bedtime only, & it is extremely effective in promoting a daily Bowel movement the following day, & sometimes that same evening. Since I take so many supplements & a few prescription meds, I must slowly introduce new vitamins into my blood stream to prevent adverse effects. Since 1 capsule of Green Foods helps me, then that's all I need. Plus I take Fibermucil capsule twice daily with meals. I'm glad I found these because I used to take, then stopped, a Wheat Grass supplement requiring you to take 7 rock hard green tablets with each meal. I only took it once day. After I learned about the efficacy of capsules over tablets, that's when I decided to stop that horrible pill. Can you imagine how long it took that to dissolve into something the body could metabolize & use?

So easy to take
I have tried other Green Food products and most of them you have to either drink, yuck! or you have to take in a hard glue filled pill. What I like about this is that I can take my 3 Green Foods Complex pure powder supplements per day with meals and know I am getting those important greens. I give it a perfect 5.
