Secure Whey Complete Meal Replacement is a whey-protein based version of our great tasting vanilla shake that, at only 63 calories, is also the world’s lowest calorie meal replacement. Fantastic Whey Product

I love Andrew's Whey protein. Delicious taste. I get all the flavors and have one a day in my smoothie. I wouldn't trust anybody's else's protein powder.

very good and flavorful

Love the flavor and knowing it's filled with vital nutrients is a plus, i just wish the consistency was better when you blended it up in a blender bottle, and not have to add ice to make it more like a thick frothy shake that one desires, but overall i love the chocolate & vanilla flavors . . .
