This is my first review of a ProCaps product, although my family and I have been taking them for years. I'm not sure what took me so long, but since this fabulous product has been one of our ProCaps products that has kept my family and me healthy, it deserves the review. My husband and my three kids and I have been taking these vitamin C capsules for a few years now. Originally, we were taking hard caplets that just upset our stomachs, but I decided it was worth looking into something different. That's when I found ProCaps Vitamin C capsules. No stomach upset, and easy to swallow are not just empty promises. These do not bother you at all when taking them. I normally give my kids, hubby and myself 1,000 mg in the morning before school/work. However, during the fall/winter/and early spring, I give us all extra doses of Vitamin C. We all take another 1,000 mg after lunch. I think this is why none of us has had a cold or flu in years. Not even a sniffle. And that's with kids in school, in classes where strep has gone around, and where more than half the kids are out with Flu A or B. My kids have been safe and do not get sick. In all fairness, my kids also take an Essential One, Vitamin D, and Ultimate Friendly Flora everyday (all approved by their pediatrician). If you want to avoid getting sick, rev up your immune system with ProCaps Vitamin C. We swear by it!

We all know about the benefits of Vitamin C in preventing colds or lessening the duration of them. I've increased my dose to 2000mg trying to make it 3000mg because I have 2 major skin ulcers on lower leg above ankles. I cut my skin on corner of cardboard box & since I have Venous Insufficiency ( & 65), it takes longer to heal. Several different health care providers made me worse with their lack of sterile technique & rotten choices for wound care. Since I'm retired RN, I've taken back my own care. I only let others handle it a few months to be sure I was on "right track". I'm above the right track! Thank Andrew for his fabulous supplements to help me through this nightmare. I've added Immune Factors & Garlic to help me heal.

As the mother of school age children, colds are a common occurrence. Unless you add Andrew's Vitamin C 500 Complex to your day. As suggested, I took all my bottles of vitamins to our pediatrician's office and showed her what I wanted to give my three children. I give them the Essential 1, Ultimate Friendly Flora, Ultimate Calcium and Magnesium, and 1000 mg of Vitamin C every morning. Before this, we all got colds; my kids would catch them at school and bring them home for the "round robin" of infecting and then reinfecting that would follow. However, once I started with the vitamins mentioned, the colds almost completely stopped. Of my three kids, only one has had two colds in the past two years, and it was very light and quick to leave her. And, even though she was home, nobody else caught what she had. I swear by Andrew's vitamins and mineral products and will continue to recommend them. Undoubtedly, they play a significant role in the health and well-being of my family.
